Fullstack Engineer (Node.js & React)

We are looking for a motivated Fullstack Engineer with a solid foundation in the JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem to help us build and scale our core product. This is a “sweet spot” role for someone who has moved past the junior phase and is ready to take ownership of entire features, from database schema design to frontend implementation. You will work within a fast-paced environment where clean code, collaborative problem-solving, and a focus on user experience are paramount.

You’ll spend most of your time pairing with designers and engineers to solve complex problems, ship usable features, and keep our systems observable and resilient.

Technical Requirements

  • •Frontend: 2+ years of experience with React. You should be comfortable with Hooks, functional components, and modern state management (Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or React Context).
  • •Backend: 2+ years of experience with strong proficiency in Node.js. Experience with frameworks like Express or NestJS
  • •Language: Professional experience using TypeScript across the entire stack to build type-safe applications.
  • •Database: Experience writing and optimizing queries for relational databases (e.g.,PostgreSQL) using ORMs like Prisma or TypeORM.
  • •APIs: Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs. (Knowledge of GraphQL is a plus).
  • •Testing: Familiarity with writing unit and integration tests using Jest, Vitest, or Testing Library.

Your Responsibilities

  • •Feature Ownership: Take ownership of medium-to-large features from concept through delivery. Participate actively in technical and design discussions, make informed implementation decisions, and deliver high-quality, maintainable code that aligns with product goals.
  • •UI/UX Implementation: Translate Figma and design-system specifications into responsive, accessible, and high-performance web interfaces. Use modern styling approaches such as CSS-in-JS or Tailwind CSS while ensuring consistency across devices and browsers.
  • •API Development: Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services and API endpoints. Ensure APIs are secure, well-documented, and follow best practices for performance, reliability, and versioning.
  • •Code Quality & Reviews: Participate in peer code reviews by providing constructive feedback, identifying potential improvements, and ensuring adherence to internal coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
  • •Debugging & Optimization: Proactively identify, debug, and resolve performance, reliability, and scalability issues across both client-side and server-side codebases, using profiling and monitoring tools where appropriate.
  • •Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to refine requirements, assess technical feasibility, and ensure solutions are aligned with user needs and business objectives.
