Fee structures per class, discounts and concessions, and payments in cash or by live UPI QR at the counter, or online. Every payment sends a PDF receipt.
Attendance in one tap
Teachers mark a whole class from the teacher app and parents see it the same morning. Staff clock in with the time and location recorded.
Exams, grades and report cards
Publish the datesheet, enter marks once, and Pupil ERP works out CBSE-style grades and class ranks. Report cards reach parents only when you publish them.
WhatsApp bot for parents
Parents message the school number to check fee details, upcoming holidays, performance reports and receipts. No app to install and no password to remember.
Staff and payroll
Staff records with bank details, monthly salary with deductions, and a PDF payslip sent over WhatsApp and email as soon as salary is settled.
Roles, audit log and two-factor login

The problem it solves
Most private schools run on a fee register, a stack of attendance registers, a salary spreadsheet and a WhatsApp group per section. None of it connects. Pupil ERP is school management software that puts those records in one system, so the office can answer a parent without going to look.
It was built in Srinagar around how schools in Jammu and Kashmir actually work. Most fees still arrive as cash at a counter. Parents want answers on WhatsApp, not another password. Sessions and terms differ from school to school, so they are set per school.
How it works
Each school gets its own cloud workspace, with its data kept apart from every other school. There are three ways in.
The admin portal
The office runs admissions, fee structures, collection, timetables, salary and announcements from a browser. Existing student lists come in from a CSV or Excel file, so nobody retypes records. At year end, students are promoted with their history attached, and leavers move to a searchable archive.
Teachers and parents
Teachers mark attendance, approve leave requests and record feedback from a teacher app. Parents see attendance, dues, results and timetables in a parent app, and can pay fees online. Parents who skip the app message the school on WhatsApp instead.
Exams and results
Marks are entered once against the published datesheet. The school ERP software calculates CBSE-style grades, totals and class and section ranks, then holds report cards until the school releases them.

2Do parents need to install an app?
No. Parents can message the school's WhatsApp number to check fees, holidays, results and receipts. Parent and teacher apps are built for iOS and Android but are not yet listed on the App Store or Google Play.
3Can we bring in our existing student records?
Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel export of your current list, map your columns, preview what will be created and confirm. Nobody retypes the student list.
