Web application development
Web application development for portals, dashboards and internal tools
Fast, secure web applications your customers and staff use every day. Built with React and Next.js on a back end designed to grow.

The tools your customers and staff open every day should be fast, clear and pleasant to use, on any screen.
What is web application development?
Web application development is building interactive software that runs in the browser, such as customer portals, dashboards and booking systems, together with the server, database and integrations behind it.
Most business software now runs in the browser. Our web application development work covers customer portals, booking and ordering systems, admin dashboards, reporting tools and the marketing sites that bring users in. We build them to load fast, work on phones as well as desktops and meet accessibility standards.
Examples from our own work: the admin, provider and member dashboard for LX Medical; the portfolio modelling platform for Modelist; a group airline-ticketing portal for a travel consolidator; and engineering work on the platform behind Mark My Words Media’s client lead-generation sites.
What we build
- Customer portals. Accounts, documents, payments, messaging and self-service.
- Dashboards and reporting. Real-time operational views and management reporting.
- Booking and ordering. Availability, scheduling, payments and notifications.
- Internal tools. Replace spreadsheets with role-based apps that keep an audit trail.
- Marketing websites. Fast static sites with structured data and clean technical SEO, like this one.

Pricing
How pricing works
We price work in one of three ways, and we tell you which one fits before you sign anything.
- Fixed scope, fixed price. For work we can specify up front: a discovery sprint, an MVP with a frozen feature list, a migration with a known end state. You know the total before we start.
- Time and materials. For products that will change as you learn. You pay for the hours the team works, see them every week, and can re-prioritize at any sprint boundary.
- Monthly dedicated team. For long-running work. A fixed monthly fee per engineer, with the same people on your product every month.
Most clients start with a short paid discovery so the estimate for the build is based on facts rather than guesses. Send us a brief and we will tell you which model we would use and why.

FAQ
Web Application Development: common questions
1What is the difference between a website and a web application?
A website mainly presents information. A web application lets users do things: log in, book, pay, manage data or run reports. Many projects need both, and we build both.
2Which technologies do you use for web applications?
Mostly TypeScript with React and Next.js on the front end, and Node.js (NestJS, Fastify or Hono) with PostgreSQL on the back end. We pick what suits your team and hosting.
3Can you work with our existing system?
Yes. We often build a new web front end on top of an existing database or API, then replace the back end gradually if needed.
4Do you build websites for small businesses too?
Yes, especially in Kashmir and for agency partners. For larger marketing sites we focus on speed, structured data and lead capture.
