MVP & SaaS development
MVP development for founders who want real users, not just a demo
We help you decide what not to build, ship a first version that real customers can pay for, and set it up to grow into a full SaaS product.

An MVP should answer one question: will customers use and pay for this? Everything else can wait.
What is MVP development?
MVP development is building the smallest version of a product that real customers can use and pay for, so you learn whether the idea works before you invest in the full product.
An MVP is the smallest product that tests whether customers will use and pay for what you are building. As an MVP development company, our job is to keep it small enough to ship quickly and solid enough that you are not rewriting it six months later.
We know this from the inside because we build our own SaaS products. Pupil ERP (school management), GuestSide (tap-to-order for venues) and SetGo (gym management) all started as narrow first releases. Each grew with billing, multi-tenancy, mobile apps and support tooling as customers arrived.
What makes an MVP work
- One core job, done well. We cut every feature that does not test your main assumption.
- Real payments early. Stripe, Razorpay or Cashfree from the first release, so the willingness to pay is measured, not guessed.
- Analytics from day one. Product events and funnels set up before launch, so the first users teach you something.
- Foundations that scale. Authentication, a clean data model and automated deploys, so growth means adding features rather than starting again.

Capabilities
What MVP & SaaS Development includes
Scope workshop
Two to five days turning your idea into a ranked feature list, user flows and a release plan.
Product design
Wireframes and clickable prototypes you can put in front of customers before the build.
MVP build
Web and mobile apps with authentication, payments, admin tools and analytics.
SaaS foundations
Multi-tenancy, subscription billing, roles and permissions, onboarding and usage limits.
Launch support
App store submission, monitoring, error tracking and a fast fix-loop in the first weeks.
Scale-up
Performance work, new modules and a growing team once traction is proven.
Process
How the engagement runs
1Scope
Define the one problem, the target user and the smallest feature set that tests it.
2Prototype
Click-through designs tested with five to ten target users.
3Build
Weekly demos in a live staging environment, with early access for pilot customers.
4Launch and learn
Release, measure activation and retention, then plan the next increment from real data.
Technology
Tools we run in production
Chosen per project for your team, your hosting and your budget, not for the sake of novelty.
- Next.js
- React Native (Expo)
- Node.js
- Fastify
- PostgreSQL
- Prisma
- Stripe
- Razorpay
Pricing
How pricing works
MVPs are usually fixed-scope and fixed-price once the scope workshop is done, because the feature list is deliberately frozen. After launch, most founders move to a monthly team so development keeps pace with what users ask for.

FAQ
MVP & SaaS Development: common questions
1How long does MVP development take?
Most MVPs we scope ship in 8–12 weeks after the scope workshop. Simpler products can be faster. Products with heavy integrations or compliance needs take longer.
2How much does an MVP cost?
Cost follows scope, so the scope workshop comes first and the build is then quoted as a fixed price. Cutting features that do not test your core assumption is the biggest cost saver.
3Will we need to rebuild the MVP later?
Not if it is built properly. We use the same stack and practices as our production SaaS products, so the MVP becomes version one of the real product.
4Can you help with a SaaS product after launch?
Yes. We add billing, multi-tenancy, roles, integrations and mobile apps as you grow, with a dedicated team that already knows the code.
5Who owns the intellectual property in our MVP?
You do. The code lives in your repository, runs in your accounts, and our contracts assign all intellectual property to you.
