Billing and receipts
Record cash, UPI or card at the desk, or let members pay online through Cashfree. Every payment gets a sequential receipt number and a branded PDF receipt.
Dues and reminders
See who is overdue, due today or due this week. Send a prewritten WhatsApp message or an app reminder, logged on the member's profile.
QR check-in
A front-desk screen shows a QR code that changes every 30 seconds. Scans queue offline, and expired or frozen memberships cannot check in.
Member app
Members sign in with their phone number and a one-time code, see days left, renew in one slide and read gym updates.
Plans and offers
Monthly to yearly plans with percentage discounts and a one-time admission fee for new members. Early renewals stack onto the current expiry date.

The problem it solves
SetGo is gym management software that keeps memberships, payments, dues and attendance in one place. Owners see what has been collected and what is pending. Members get an app that shows exactly how many days they have left.
It replaces the register and the spreadsheet. In many gyms, fees come in as cash and UPI with no receipt trail. Expired members keep training because nobody checks, and staff chase dues one phone call at a time.
How it works
For the front desk
Staff add members, assign plans and record payments in the admin portal. Each payment produces a numbered PDF receipt. The dues screen lists who is overdue, due today and due this week, with a reminder one click away.
For members
Members sign in with their phone number and a one-time code, so there is no password to forget. They renew from the app, check in by scanning the code at the desk and read gym announcements. The app also has free calorie, diet and water trackers.
For owners
Owners and managers set plans, prices and offers, while front-desk staff never see revenue. Chains run every branch on one platform, with members, receipts and pricing kept separate per branch.
QR attendance is optional. When the internet drops, scans are saved on the member's phone and synced later. That matters in places like Kashmir, where mobile data can go down for hours.
Why we built it
SetGo comes from TechKnow, the same Srinagar team that builds software for clients. It covers a web portal, a mobile app, online payments and SMS login. That is the work we do in web app development and mobile app development.

1How much does SetGo cost?
Pricing is monthly and based on your active member count, and every tier includes every feature. Gyms over 100 members pay about ₹5 per member a month.
2Is the member app on iPhone and Android?
The SetGo member app is built for both iPhone and Android. It is not yet listed on the App Store or Google Play.
3Can SetGo manage more than one gym?
Yes. Each branch keeps its own members, plans, prices, staff and receipt numbers, and the owner sees every branch from one account. A member can belong to two branches and switch between them in the app.
